Remove your existing security software
Click on the Start icon displayed on the bottom left of your screen
Proceed to the Control Panel
Double click on Add or Remove program icon
Select your existing security software
Choose the remove button and wait for it to de-install it completely from your computer
Once it has been completely removed
Go to sky.com/security and follow the prescribed instructions to download -
